My car was leaking power steering fluid and the Clinic had refilled the reservoir twice, at no charge of course. I scheduled a repair appointment to get the problem fixed, but because of a family emergency, could not leave the car on the scheduled day. Chris and Grant assessed what as needed, ordered the parts needed and told me to bring it back when it was convenient. They were amazing, adjusting their schedule to accommodate my need. On the re-scheduled day, the car was fixed with no problem. They continue to impress me with their over-the-top customer service and their Mercedes expertise. I will continue to leave my car in their capable hands for as long as I have it. With their care, I'm confident that will be many years down the road.
