Amazing. We've been looking for someone local to repair the Mercedes Sprinters for a long time and I'm so glad we finally found you. I wish I'd known 2 years ago that MB Clinic worked on the vans in the past. The fact that the price ended up being $1000 less than the estimate was astonishing, so unexpected. The Good: The service to my car was great. I was given a great explanation of my car's condition, things to be aware or, and things that are not immediate issues that can be resolved later. The timing of service completion was very fast in turn-around and I appreciate it. The Bad: The loaner vehicle was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long, long time (ie food/drink spills and stains not cleaned; floors and dash super dirty); I only make mention since the last time i got a loaner (different car) that car was also in the same filthy condition; I don't mind an older car for a loaner just please clean it Thanks
