The Good: The service to my car was great. I was given a great explanation of my car's condition, things to be aware or, and things that are not immediate issues that can be resolved later. The timing of service completion was very fast in turn-around and I appreciate it. The Bad: The loaner vehicle was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long, long time (ie food/drink spills and stains not cleaned; floors and dash super dirty); I only make mention since the last time i got a loaner (different car) that car was also in the same filthy condition; I don't mind an older car for a loaner just please clean it Thanks
