Communications were great. The service performed was on time and well done. This was my first time using MBClinic . All my expectations were met. Will be back for my "B" service when due.

As usual MBClinic did a great job. We took the car in for an issue that the dealer told us was estimated at $3600, they were sure there was no other option. MBClinic discovered that the dealer had misdiagnosed the issue, when I challenged the MBClinic team them they told me they tested it four times to make sure they were correct. We saved $3150 by partnering with the experts at MBClinic. If you need a locally owned partner to keep your Mercedes safe and on the road MBClinic is a great choice! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

There are so many great parts of this business, I'm not sure where to start with my review. Megan is absolutely professional, detail oriented, and has excellent communication skills. She represents this business extremely well and is an asset to any company I imagine. The work seems very good and the price was very fair especially considering it was far less than the Mercedes dealership. Very happy with the cleanliness and service of the shop, along with how fast they were able to replace the back brakes on our car. Additionally they let us know about some other work that needs to be done in the near future and we will definitely be bringing our Mercedes back

I had a great experience! I felt the staff was friendly and helpful. They explained everything that they found and gave me a report of their findings. They called me to discuss options and costs prior to performing services. I also found the prices to be less expensive than other Mercedes shops. It was great experience for my first time there and I will go back!

Unlike at the dealerships , I'm treated as a valued customer with my older 350E. Service is thorough and prompt. Recent " touch free "service was thoughtful and much appreciated.
