Denver Mercedes Repair

I called MB Clinic on the phone after leaving a random previous shop that morning having had a deceptive experience there. What a breath of fresh air it was to speak with Megan via phone! She offered to look at and repair my car just as soon as I could arrive and offered a free loaner car if need be. She and Zack and my mechanic, Carlos, were all exemplary in their kindness and thoroughness during our day long interactions! Shortly after dropping off my vehicle I was zipping away in their loaner and shortly after that I received a text message with a link to the thorough inspection results with very clear info regarding urgent repairs and things to complete or watch for in the future. Megan called me shortly after to discuss the results of their inspection/diagnosis and sent me another text while we talked with the costs involved, which I thought were quite reasonable! I always ask a lot of questions and all three of them were patient, friendly, knowledgeable and clear with me about my concerns throughout the day. A few hours after my digital approval of the repair work I got another text saying my car was ready to pickup! From start to finish this was a pain-free, superb experience! I am so impressed with them and I’m so glad I have found an honest, capable, affordable place to call home for my Mercedes repairs and maintenance ! Thank you MB Clinic!! ❤️

I found MBC online and used them for a pre-purchase inspection. I do not live in the Denver area, but based on the service I received, I wish I did! Everyone there, especially Megan, took great care to ensure me that they had thoroughly inspected my GL 350 prior to purchase. The technician, Jauquin, even came to the waiting area to show me the parts he was replacing and why. If they opened a shop in Texas, they would have a. customer for life! These people are skilled and extremely ethical. What more can you ask? Well, maybe one more thing: since I was from out of town and would have to take an Uber back to the hotel, they gave me a loaner Mercedes overnight and let me keep it until the maintenance was done on the vehicle the following afternoon. Thank you everyone at MB Clinic!

This is a good, thorough shop with qualified mechanics. Megan is knowledgeable and helpful with describing what is needed. Also, I appreciate that they have a loaner car available. When they said only a MB certified part was going to cost over $5k with labor, I literally cried. They wouldn't research for anything after market outside of their suppliers and the part cost 5% less than the dealership. On major repair #2, I had the work done elsewhere by uncertified mechanics for half the price, but it wasn’t done without mistakes. MB Clinic reviewed what was missed and cleared the code for another fee. I appreciate their work, although they charge only slightly less than the dealerships.

Megan and Zach were AWESOME! Went in to get a diagnostic for a check engine light. When I tell you these two were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, that is an understatement! I will definitely be back for all my Mercedes service needs.
