This is a good, thorough shop with qualified mechanics. Megan is knowledgeable and helpful with describing what is needed. Also, I appreciate that they have a loaner car available. When they said only a MB certified part was going to cost over $5k with labor, I literally cried. They wouldn't research for anything after market outside of their suppliers and the part cost 5% less than the dealership. On major repair #2, I had the work done elsewhere by uncertified mechanics for half the price, but it wasn’t done without mistakes. MB Clinic reviewed what was missed and cleared the code for another fee. I appreciate their work, although they charge only slightly less than the dealerships.

So, I felt stuck and agreed to the repair. On major repair #2, I had the work done elsewhere by uncertified mechanics. MB Clinic catalogued all that was missed and although I saved a couple hundred dollars, I spent time between both shops. I appreciate their work, but I'll need a 2nd job to afford them if they find more issues.

Megan and Zach were AWESOME! Went in to get a diagnostic for a check engine light. When I tell you these two were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, that is an understatement! I will definitely be back for all my Mercedes service needs.

Thanks for the great service. Zach is especially kind to wait for me to pick up the car after hours.
