Denver Mercedes Repair

This was my initial experience with MBClinic, and if first impressions count, it was a great start! After receiving a questionable diagnosis and estimate from a dealer, Megan and her team were extremely diligent and timely in performing an honest assessment and repairs. They were even able to move up the original appointment by almost two weeks and gave me a loaner. It is very evident that excellent customer service and operating with integrity is a priority for MBClinic.

In the past, I’ve always used the MB dealership for service and based on your reviews, I gave your shop a try recently. Glad I did ! Megan is a knowledgeable, efficient, dedicated Service Manager who took great care to make this first service experience pleasant and worthwhile for me. All work was performed timely and as agreed. I know I spent less than the dealer charges. Thanks all. I’ll be back for future work as needed!

The team, the communication, the service and care are amazing. I will continue using MB clinic for the life of my vehicles. I have 2 sprinter vans.

Great service!

Excellent work although I felt prices were a bit high. Particularly remounting my window controller. Nearly $200 in labor for a job that I, as an amateur, completed originally in under 30 minutes. That said, my work failed so there's that!
