Meagan (I hope I spelled her name right) is amazing, remarkable & exceptional! I’ve never had a customer service experience like this before. I didn’t get to meet the people that worked on my vehicle but kudos to them as well!!!. I’ve had an A service completed & most recently, a busted motor mount and an oil pan leak. I freaked out because I knew it was going to cost me but Meagan worked with my insurance to ensure quality service was met and her communication between us was like no other! I’m so appreciative of this experience. Mercedes’ Benz of Denver or Littleton could never! (That’s just based on my own personal experience with them throughout 4 years). I could go on and on but thank you again MB Clinic! You have a forever customer as long as I have a Mercedes.

This was my first time with this repair facility. They were great to work with. They contacted me immediately to let me know that they received my keys in the overnight and had already looked at the vehicle. They contacted me as soon as they completed their examination to discuss repairs. They also declined to do a greater service as they found it was unnecessary at this time.

Just an all around great place, very professional, and experienced, comfort at an all time high when my car is there.

I am a longstanding client of MB Clinic and the reason is simple: They are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, honest, ethical and experienced when it comes to caring for your Mercedes and you. In addition, you won't find any attitude here, just great people. I recently had my 2009 ML63 AMG serviced for a couple of small items that cropped up. I'm back in business. The entire team is superb, and I believe that their pricing is fair. My husband and I own several Mercedes, as do other family members and they all take their MB vehicles to MB Clinic. Megan and Zach communicate verfy well, and they can tell you what needs to be fixed now, what can wait and watched. I believe that MB Clinic is the very best independent Mercedes shop in the metro area and I recommend them without reservation. I am not an employee or family member related to the MB Clinic, just a very happy, longterm client.
