Meagan (I hope I spelled her name right) is amazing, remarkable & exceptional! I’ve never had a customer service experience like this before. I didn’t get to meet the people that worked on my vehicle but kudos to them as well!!!. I’ve had an A service completed & most recently, a busted motor mount and an oil pan leak. I freaked out because I knew it was going to cost me but Meagan worked with my insurance to ensure quality service was met and her communication between us was like no other! I’m so appreciative of this experience. Mercedes’ Benz of Denver or Littleton could never! (That’s just based on my own personal experience with them throughout 4 years). I could go on and on but thank you again MB Clinic! You have a forever customer as long as I have a Mercedes.
