I had the pleasure of working with Megan the Service Manager yesterday. This was my first time going to MBClinic and I will be returning and referring other Mercedes owners here as well. The bill was explained to me up front with no surprises and repairs were completed the same day. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Megan!

Customer service was excellent. I am sorry, I don't recall the name of the gentleman who assisted me. I have to tell you, for the money I spent (several thousand dollars) the car could have been vacuumed if not washed. I don't think that is asking too much. The dealer would have done that. Also, I asked to see all the parts that were replaced, but only received the spark plugs. I was offered an opportunity to see the bushings that were replaced, which would have required putting the car on the lift, so that was nice, but i deckined. Bottom line, this is my go to shop and will continue to go here. Next time I drop 4 big ones though, please wash or vacuum my car.
