Great customer service, Connor was very professional and kind. Explained everything in detail about how service maintenance work for Mercedes. They did a great job and got my car back to me quickly. I received a list of things to work on and prioritize by criticality and it was explained to me which was great. I did not feel pressured to them done right away as other places do. There prices are a bit higher than the dealership but worth it for the additional services that would have cost more paying for them separately. I will be back for all my service needs.

Diagnosed the problem and repaired in less than a day. It was a tricky one involving the drive by wire system.

They were fast, courteous and comprehensive. There was a part that had been missing on my car…and asking about it had slipped my mind when I dropped it off. Upon picking it us, they said “by the way, we noticed it (the part) was missing…so we ordered it the last time you were in and put it on today”. Great service and care!

Fantastic service for my Mercedes. Scheduling was very easy, was able to get my car in quickly and the communication was great. Megan was lovely and sent me photos of the diagnostics and I easily paid my bill online. Great experience!

Megan and her team @ MB Clinic was wonderful, long story short been going to MB of Denver for Years until the customer service over there changed dramatically. Took my vehicle to MB Clinic and they got me in real quick and back on the road and there pricing is a bit lower than the dealerships. MB Clinic has a new customer for life now.
