I am a longstanding client of MB Clinic and the reason is simple: They are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, honest, ethical and experienced when it comes to caring for your Mercedes and you. In addition, you won't find any attitude here, just great people. I recently had my 2009 ML63 AMG serviced for a couple of small items that cropped up. I'm back in business. The entire team is superb, and I believe that their pricing is fair. My husband and I own several Mercedes, as do other family members and they all take their MB vehicles to MB Clinic. Megan and Zach communicate verify well, and they can tell you what needs to be fixed now, what can wait and watched. I believe that MB Clinic is the very best independent Mercedes shop in the metro area and I recommend them without reservation. I am not an employee or family member related to the MB Clinic, just a very happy, long-term client. Update Sept 26, 2022: I had MB Clinic service my 1999 C230 Kompressor. It needed new spark plugs, fuel filter (all standard maintenance items), plus it needed new tires. MB Clinic handled it all for me and I'm really pleased. Their pricing on new tires was excellent and frankly it was easy to have them take care of everything. They even did a 4-wheel alignment for a reasonable price; this way the new tires will wear evenly. My C230K isn't anything close to new, but it looks & drives like new because of MB Clinic. If you have a Mercedes that you want to keep running smoothly for the long-haul, you can trust MB Clinic. They are honest, fair and truly know how to service your Benz.

In and out with no problem. They also provided a complete report of what i need to do next as far as maintenance is concerned!

Conner and Megan are knowledgeable, efficient and diligent, as are their mechanics. They know what they are doing and perform service right the first time.

Was very disappointed after taking my car into MB Clinic. I expected much better service after reading the positive reviews associated with this business. I felt ripped off on pricing after speaking with someone prior to scheduling an appointment, the loaner car given had extremely high miles and was nothing similar to the car I was getting service on. When asking a simple question to the advisor he was very defensive on pricing when I was simply just curious since I heard different on the phone call prior. I was told my car would be done in the afternoon for pick up but didn't hear until I decided to text that day at 4pm. He responded that my car was done at 5pm but then it would be after hours pick up. It takes me longer than 30 min to get there due to traffic so I simply asked if the keys would be in the lock box but apparently the lock box was full so then my car would sit unlocked for me to pick up. It was all just a really terrible experience for paying a high amount of money for. I will be taking my car to a dealership next time as it was the same price and I would have probably been treated better.

Great customer service, Connor was very professional and kind. Explained everything in detail about how service maintenance work for Mercedes. They did a great job and got my car back to me quickly. I received a list of things to work on and prioritize by criticality and it was explained to me which was great. I did not feel pressured to them done right away as other places do. There prices are a bit higher than the dealership but worth it for the additional services that would have cost more paying for them separately. I will be back for all my service needs.
