they get you to agree to giant diagnostic fees and even if they find major issues (blown engine bad trans ect) they continue to do all the test knowing the repairs will total/bankrupt car/owner.they claim the techs "dont know the prices" but any tech knows when major fees/repairs occur.they used to have personal service watching out for the customer.now its all just a money grab.merc is not what is once was go to adam dunn show in denver listen to jo lo issues with her 2022 headlight/wiring issues.

Not the company they used to be....hudge diagnostic fees without any feedback if big issues are found....just a way to rack up the bills...used to be a good personal relationship company

MB Clinic is my go to repair shop for my Mercedes S550. The service is great and somewhat less expensive than the dealerships. They offer loaner cars or will pay for an Uber/Lyft if a loaner is not available. I recommend MB Clinic highly.
