I had a bad experience at Mercedes dealership where they couldn’t figure out my car’s problem because the computer didn’t register anything. Well MB clinic has actual mechanics that know those cars. They found the noise I was hearing, diagnosed the problem and fixed it by end of day. Steve my rep was great so was the other gentleman there (I don’t remember his name). For having a car fixed, it was a pleasant experience.

I went in for a B service. I got a call and they said oh a bunch of stuff is wrong so you need to fix it and it will be $2100. I agreed and I paid for it which was fine. What I don’t like is every time I’ve been there I (coincidentally) get a prehistoric loaner car. I thought that’s all they had the first time. Then I saw the other loaner cars that were sitting there. They’ve given me a 1999 ML with seat covers and they tell me don’t press on the brake when you take the key out or it won’t come out. Meanwhile there’s a newer C Class’s loaner cars just sitting there. Never going back. I know the older white lady that was dropping her car off at the same time didn’t get a ‘99 ML with seat covers. I’ll just go to the dealership again next time.
