Was very pleased with an inspection and service I got here. Would recommend to a friend and would use them again.

I brought the car in for a Service B on my ML550 and I received excellent customer care and they were fast and proficient with the service. I plan to come back to get some other service items done and I highly recommend them for work on any Mercedes Benz!

My brakes were making a high pitched squealing noise so I took my car in to get checked out. Connor was super friendly and helpful, they got my car checked out in about an hour. They were totally upfront about everything and let me know that my pads still had another 6-10k miles left before they needed to be replaced, and they didn't charge me a single dollar to get it inspected! A lot of shops out there would have taken the opportunity to charge me for work that didn't need to be done, but not these guys. I really appreciated the honesty, I will definitely be back when my Mercedes does need maintenance. Thanks guys!

I have been coming here for a few years now and ever since Conner joined the team I have had some uncomfortable experiences with him. Today he answered the phone loud and aggressive, then decided to to hang up on me before i was finished asking him another question and lied to me saying the phone disconnected when i clearly heard him slam the phone down. I had to call back SMH. I figured it's time for me to find another place to take my Benz that actually cares about being a loyal customer and will treat me with RESPECT. SMH.
