As a single female, I've always been afraid of being taken by a mechanic. When I took my car to MB Clinic (six years ago), I was very clear about wanting to see every thing they did to my car. Not only did Chris show me everything he fixed, but he took me for a drive to show me features my car had that I didn't know about. I'd had my car for four years and didn't know half of the stuff! Now, I take my car to Chris with full trust in him, his staff, and his prices. His customer service is unmatched in every type of service, which makes him especially impressive as a mechanic. I will always drive a Mercedes because of MB Clinic. I know I'm in great hands every time my car goes in for service. 150k miles and an eleven year old car, and still going strong

THE place to go for MBZ service. They are usually very busy, but will get the job done right. Techs are directly available to speak with you about your (vehicles) issues. No BS about what needs to be fixed when. The maintenance rates are not bargain; but your vehicle is not either.
