I had went to another mechanic and they gave me an estimate for over 2000 to check on a wire. Chris and his team found out the issue which had nothing to do with a wire in less than 30 minutes. I will defiantly been bringing my car here for any/every need.

Chris and his crew know their stuff and are very friendly and personable- the only Mercedes shop out of three that found the missing fuse - not the least expensive but work is excellent- 1000x better than any dealer! Very degail oriented and THANK GOODNESS CLEARS THOSE DAMN CODES Thanks

We had such a wonderful first time experience with you as well. It's always exciting to show clients new tricks on there cars like pressing and holding the lock/unlock button while pointing at the door sensor and all the windows roll up and down! We were also excited to inform you that just a missing fuse instead of a pricey repair for your locks not working with no charge labor of course. I've been going to the Mercedes Clinic since it opened and been real happy with their service. Always prompt and honest and you can't want any more from a car shop. My vehicle is a 2002 Sprinter van which is wholly manufactured by MB in Germany, but not your typical Mercedes. They've occasionally had to be 'creative' to solve issues and every time they've been effective. Good shop !
