Denver Mercedes Repair

I always have great service at MBClinic! I have been going there for at least 8 years maybe more. My last visit I actually had the wrong day and even though they were book Chris made sure they fit me in. I needed a loaner and they didn't have one because as I said my appointment was actually the next Friday but Chris took care of me and I was able to get to work. I don't have enough nice things to say. Not only are they great mechanics! They are honest, trustworthy, and have the clients’ best interest at heart. I feel more like a friend than a customer. I really enjoy working with Chris and Jerad. They do have some new folks as well. Grant in the office was very courteous and the new mechanic (Sorry I forget your name) was very polite and helpful. I keep buying Mercedes because I love their cars but also because I have an excellent team at MBClinic who I trust and they only work on Mercedes. Thank You ALL!

I have a 2001 ML and thanks to MD Clinic, it drives like it's brand new. Chris and his whole crew are not only skilled but accommodating. They have effective communication so you always understand what is going on with your car. I always drive away confidently and knowing my car was in great hands. They even wash your car before you pick it up!

Old fashioned - great customer service as usual! I love that when I take my ML350 to the MB Clinic I know that they are honest and don't try to take advantage of me and never pressure me. I also like that it is a small local business and I am supporting the community and still getting great repair work completed for less than the local Mercedes dealers charge. Why wouldn't you take your Mercedes here?
