Denver Mercedes Repair

Tricky AC problem. Took some time, but solved and everything is working well now. I would hate to see what a Mercedes dealer would have charged to solve this problem.

MB Clinic was open and honest about the repairs and even recommended against the repairs based on the age of the car. Not many businesses are honest enough to turn down work when it is the most sensible for the owner. I would highly recommend the MB Clinic!

First time had the car serviced at MB Clinic. I like up in front attitude about expenses even if they are rough estimates. The post service diagnostics printout does the same; all anticipated and/or suggested service items have their respective cost estimate. The owner has option to prioritize which service to perform and when to do it.

This was my first visit to MBClinic for my 2014 ML350. Extremely courteous and helpful folks there, and the service was performed well. Car was even washed, and as we had just returned form a few camping trips, it was covered with dirt and mud when we came in, so I was very pleasantly surprised! A bit pricy, but then again, it's a MB, and they only use factory original parts so the customer doesn't get screwed by MB in the event of a future warranty claim. I plan to have all my service done there!
